The "Cable Append" is an industry phrase used to describe the matching of our file to a
client file of records that only have an address, city, state and zip code.  
The normal routine is to select the records from our file in the same geographical area
and run a merge/purge against the client file.  
We then append a personal name and telephone number to the file.
